What is your typical lead time for dock levelers?
Standard hydraulic dock levelers are typically ready in 20–30 days from order confirmation. Mechanical spring levelers: 15–25 days. Custom sizes or special finishes may add 7–10 days. We offer rush production on request.
Do you offer OEM and custom manufacturing?
Yes. We offer full OEM and ODM services. We can manufacture to your specifications, apply your brand logo, and adjust dimensions, colors, control systems, and certifications as required. Minimum order quantities vary by product.
What shipping terms and ports do you use?
We export on FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, CIF, and CFR terms. We handle all export packing, booking, and customs clearance. Full trade documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, CE certificates, FORM-A) is provided on time.
Are your products CE certified?
Yes. Our dock levelers are CE certified to EN 1398, dock lifts to EN 1570-1, and safety barriers meet EN 15512 and AS/NZS 4024. All products are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015. Certification documents are provided with every shipment.
What warranty do you provide?
All Dorzone products carry a 5-year structural warranty. Hydraulic components: 2 years. Electrical / control systems: 1 year. We stock spare parts and can ship globally. Service manuals are provided in English for all products.
